Grace Lau

Grace Lau is a director with over 10 years of experience in market research, specializing in both quantitative and qualitative approaches. They are currently the Research Director for EMEA Full Service Research at Dynata, where they lead the design and execution of full-service research projects and manage senior client relationships. Previously, Grace held positions such as Associate Director at Human8 and Senior Research Manager at Phoenix Marketing International. They hold a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Master’s in English Literature from the University of Bristol. Passionate about building strong partnerships, Grace excels in translating complex data into actionable insights.
