Joe Parker

Joe Parker is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software development and architecture. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Dynata since December 2017, Joe oversees software development initiatives for web and mobile teams, focusing on the full software development life-cycle and mentoring developers. Previously held positions include Lead Mobile Engineer at Survey Sampling International and significant roles in software engineering at IPC Systems, Inc., Survey Sampling International, RetailDNA, and Unisys Corporation. Joe Parker holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Penn State University.
