Shawna Berg

Shawna Berg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Dynata since September 2021. Prior to this, Shawna held the role of Operations Manager at Naples Transportation & Tours, where responsibilities included decision-making on policy, planning, and strategy, as well as maintaining program schedules and quality assurance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Operations Manager at Benseron Hospitality, where Shawna focused on customer service, CRM development, and profitability tools for the hospitality industry. Shawna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Resort Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, earned in 2009.
