Tom Spaeth

Tom Spaeth is an experienced operational leader and CFO with a strong background in public companies, private equity, capital markets, and M&A. They have held various leadership roles, including CFO at HireRight since 2015 and at Dynata since 2025. Tom previously served as CFO at Natrol, Inc. and UBM Tech, and as Vice President of Finance at Powerwave Technologies. They have also held positions at Deutsche Bank Securities, BMO Capital Markets, and Ernst & Young. Tom earned a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
