Mette Malik has a solid work experience in the field of software solutions and consulting within financial processes. Mette started their career at Futurelink as a System Consultant, where they were responsible for installation, training, configuration, support, and documentation for customers. In 2004, they joined ReadSoft and took on various roles, including System Consultant, Presales Manager, and Manager of Professional Services Denmark. In these roles, they handled project management, planning, implementation, and support for software solutions, as well as collaborating with sales for presentations and solutions. In 2015, they moved to Lexmark Enterprise Software as the Regional Manager of Professional Services, overseeing 25 consultants in the Nordic region and ensuring high-quality deliveries and teamwork. Currently, they work as a Customer Success Manager at Dynatos, focusing on business development, presales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Mette Malik began their education in 2000 at Lyngby Uddannelsescenter, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Datamatiker. This program lasted until 2002. Continuing their educational journey, Mette then enrolled at Deakin University in 2002 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2003.
