Amy Wells is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Global Talent Development at Dynatrace since May 2023. Previously, Wells held roles such as Executive Advisor at Rippleworks, where support was provided to impactful social ventures, and Vice President, Global Head of Talent & Learning at Carbon Health, focusing on talent strategy.
