David Melcher is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in network engineering. Currently serving as a Global Telecommunications Network Engineer II at Dynatrace since January 2015, David supports the Zoom native phone system and oversees Meraki and Aruba wireless solutions, as well as firewalls and Dell switches. Prior to this role, David worked at Compuware from August 1999 to December 2014, where responsibilities included researching telephony solutions, supervising telecommunications teams, and maintaining various PBX systems. David began his career at EDS Group in telecommunications. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University.
