Dawn M. is a finance transformation expert with extensive experience in leading strategic finance initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Global Finance Transformation Lead at Dynatrace, Dawn has previously held senior roles including Finance/IT Programme Change Management Lead at Virgin Media O2 and Director of Finance Transformation & Program Management at Bally's Interactive. Key accomplishments include establishing shared service centers, leading program management and finance systems integration projects, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementations. Dawn's expertise extends to recruitment, risk evaluation, and the development of policy and process documentation, along with successful budget management and process improvement initiatives throughout various organizations, including intu and Volt in Europe. Education includes attendance at Millais School from 1987 to 1992.
