Eva Olipitz

Eva Olipitz serves as the Vice President of HR Digital & People Analytics at Dynatrace since July 2020, contributing to the People & Culture leadership team by developing the digital HR strategy and enhancing employee experience through innovative processes and technology. Prior to this role, Eva was a Business Partner in the Office of the CTO at Dynatrace, providing strategic support to the global R&D team. Prior experience includes a position as Executive Manager at ABITRON, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR, and as Finance Manager at dynaTrace software Inc., managing accounts receivable and human resources. Eva's academic credentials include an MBA in Communication and Leadership from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems, a Magister in International Management from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, and an exchange program at HEC Montréal focusing on International Finance and Management.
