Kristi Smith

Kristi Smith, SPHR, GPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Global People Operations at Dynatrace since April 2022. Prior to this role, Kristi held various positions at Ceridian from October 2011 to April 2022, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources for Ceridian Mauritius. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resource Consultant at Comdata and as Vice President of Human Resources at Easter Seals Tennessee. Kristi began a career in human resources at Nu-kote International, where the role was Human Resources Manager. Academically, Kristi holds a Bachelor's degree in Human & Organizational Development with a focus on Cognitive Studies and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, both from Vanderbilt University.
