Michael Rogers

Michael Rogers leads Dynatrace’s global People and Culture team, bringing extensive expertise in aligning people, culture, and business strategy to drive purposeful growth. A seasoned Human Resources (HR) executive, Michael is committed to fostering innovation, growth, and belonging and partnering across the organization to cultivate a supportive and inclusive environment for all Dynatracers. Before joining Dynatrace, Michael held key leadership roles at Alight Solutions, NGA Human Resources, Vistaprint, Travelocity, and Cisco, where he contributed to scaling organizations and building high-performing teams. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Brighton in the UK.
