Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and IT solutions. Since August 2010, Michael has held various roles at Dynatrace, culminating in the position of Regional Director Sales Engineering, focusing on the Dynatrace Software Intelligence Platform and emphasizing full stack monitoring and AI-driven root cause analysis. Prior to Dynatrace, Michael worked at Compuware from November 2002 to August 2010 as a Solution Architect and Network Engineer, leading ITSM solution implementations for prominent clients such as Fidelity National Information Systems and Labcorp. Michael began their career at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation from March 1998 to November 2002 as a Network Engineer, where skills in Cisco networks were developed during major events including the Salt Lake City Olympics. A graduate in Computer Science and Telecommunication Engineering from Sheridan College, Michael brings a wealth of technical expertise to the field.
