Shawn White has over two decades of experience in executive leadership roles within the technology sector. Since February 2015, Shawn has been with Dynatrace, serving as Sr. Vice President of Global Customer Experience & Renewals, overseeing the Digital Experience Monitoring cloud platform, Customer Success, and Customer Support organizations. Prior to Dynatrace, Shawn held various leadership positions at Keynote Systems from 1995 to 2015, including Executive Vice President of Service Delivery, responsible for global cloud infrastructure and customer service operations. Early career experiences include roles as Program Instructor at United Spirit Association and Regional Sales Consultant at California Image & Imagination. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a degree in Church Leadership from Bethany University.
