Stephen Hull has had a progressive career in customer experience and technical consulting, beginning as a Junior Network Engineer at i3 Business Solutions, LLC before advancing to Compuware as an APM Guardian Consultant. At Dynatrace since 2014, Stephen ascended through several roles including Engagement Manager for Enterprise Managed Services, Team Lead in the Professional Development Program, and Senior Director of Customer Experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience, Stephen is focused on fostering a customer-centric culture, enhancing customer retention, and driving the successful onboarding and adoption of Dynatrace’s products.
