Steve is an experienced executive with over 25 years of experience in customer success and operations with a strong background in technology and service management. At Dynatrace, he leads our customer success organization, a team of technical support and professional services experts, account managers, architects, and engineers focused on customers’ adoption, deployment, and use of our leading AI-powered observability platform. Prior to joining Dynatrace, Steve served as Chief Customer Success Officer at Zscaler. Previously, Steve ran Customer Support and Operations and served as Chief Information Officer at CrowdStrike, was Chief Information Officer at Splunk, and directed service supply chain operations and technical services for Cloud and SaaS products at Cisco. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
