David Hansson

David Hansson has worked in the software industry for over 20 years. David began their career at Reynolds & Reynolds in 1999 as a Product Manager. In 2013, they joined Autosoft, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager. In 2019, they moved to Harley-Davidson Motor Company as a Business Analyst. Currently, they work at Dynatron Software, Inc. as a Product Owner and Product Manager. During their time at Reynolds & Reynolds, they served as a Technical Service and Support Manager, responsible for the recruitment, training, evaluation and professional development of 30+ associates providing Tier I and Tier II software technical assistance and customer support. David also acted as a Support Operations Team Lead, managing a small team of experienced individuals to drive process and efficiency improvements in the overall Finance and Insurance support plan.

David Hansson attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1990 to 1994.
