Donnie Mclamb has extensive experience in the automotive service industry, currently serving as a Dynatron Software Stay Smart Coach and Regional Sales Manager/Start Smart Coach since October 2014. Previous roles include General Manager of AAA Car Care at AAA Carolinas from January 2009 to July 2014, Fixed Ops Director at Pittsboro Chevrolet & Chatham Chevrolet Buick Pontiac from February 2007 to January 2009, and Service Manager at Hendrick Automotive Group from August 2004 to February 2007. Donnie also held the position of Service Manager at Stearns Chevrolet from February 1999 to August 2004 and was the Owner/Operator of Mclamb’s Auto Service Center from October 1990 to November 1998. The career began as a Service Technician at Hendrick Automotive Group from June 1986 to October 1990, where certifications as an ASE Master Technician and GM Master Technician were achieved. Notable accomplishments include managing large teams, overseeing substantial budgets, and growing a business to significant revenue levels with a strong repeat customer base.
