Michael Diaz

Michael Diaz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michael is currently the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards and HR Systems at Dynavax Technologies. Prior to that, they worked at Sangamo Therapeutics, Inc. as the Director of Compensation and Benefits, and previously as the Associate Director of Compensation and Benefits and Senior Manager of Human Resources. Michael has also held positions at Vendini as the Director of Total Rewards, Sungevity as the Director of Total Rewards Management, and Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP as an HRIS Sr. Clerk. Before that, they worked at StarVista as a Payroll/HR Assistant and at Downey Savings as a Customer Service Supervisor.
