Caitlin B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as a Project Planner at Dynisma, Caitlin ensures timely delivery of planning activities within technical teams focused on motion simulators. As Chair of the Trustee board at the City of Bristol Rowing Club, Caitlin oversees the charity's long-term management. Previous roles include Project Manager at Ensera Design, where user-centered innovation was prioritized, and Club Captain at the City of Bristol Rowing Club, leading club operations. Caitlin's background also includes significant contributions as an Enterprise Research Manager and Sector Analyst at Jisc, and Quality Support Officer at the University of Leicester, complemented by earlier leadership as Deputy President Education at De Montfort Students' Union.
