James Golding is currently the Head of Simulation and Control at Dynisma, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Lead Simulation Engineer at Dynisma from 2019 to 2022, and a Senior Modelling Engineer at Dyson from 2018 to 2019. James also gained experience as a Simulation Development Engineer and Race Performance Engineer with the Ferrari Formula One Team between 2012 and 2015. They began their academic journey at the University of Oxford, where they earned a Master’s degree in Aerothermal Engineering with Distinction in 2012. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Machine Learning Engineer in the fintech sector.
