Richard Howes

Richard Howes is a Lead Mechanical Engineer with extensive expertise in 3D parametric modeling, assembly design, and design optimization. They have held positions at Dynisma and various other organizations, including AWE and Vestas Wind Systems, contributing to projects such as bespoke nuclear tools and luxury motor yachts. Richard earned a BSc (Hons) in Design Engineering from Bournemouth University, where they completed 15 months in industry, notably working on the design of the Princess MY95 yacht. They have a strong background in managing multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with technical standards in numerous engineering environments.
