Rita Shevchenko

Rita Shevchenko is a mechanical engineer and engineering manager with over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and at Dyson. Currently serving as the Lead Structural Analysis Engineer at Dynisma since 2026, Rita has previously held roles as a Mechanical Engineering Manager and Lead Mechanical Engineer, where they successfully managed teams and delivered complex technology projects. Rita earned a Masters in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing and Management from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton. Outside of work, they enjoy long-distance cycling and are training for a half-ironman triathlon.
