Rita Shevchenko

Rita Shevchenko is a mechanical engineer and engineering manager with over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector and at Dyson. They have a solid background in mechanical integrity, design, and systems engineering, successfully overseeing projects from research to product support. Currently serving as a Senior Structural Analysis Engineer at Dynisma, Rita previously held roles at Schlumberger, Triumph Motorcycles, and Dyson, where they managed teams and improved FMEA processes. Rita earned a Master's degree in Industrial Systems, Manufacturing and Management from the University of Cambridge and a First Class degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton. Outside of work, they enjoy long-distance cycling and are training for a half-ironman triathlon.
