Dysfont is a unique typeface designed to help people with dyslexia and/or visual stress overcome their reading difficulties.

Dyslexia and visual stress affect more than one billion people in the world. Moreover, dyslexia and visual stress are life-long conditions which cannot be cured. But their impact can be significantly reduced if the right approach is used.

One of the best strategies to help neurodivergent people is using dyslexia and visual stress-friendly typefaces in books, websites, and mobile apps.

Unfortunately, most of the existing fonts do not consider people with dyslexia and visual stress at all, which makes our lives unnecessarily difficult (there are multiple special typefaces which do but they are not very effective either).

That’s why we’ve decided to develop Dysfont. The the first version of Dysfont was developed in 2014, and we are now working to turn Dysfont into a global platform for neurodivergent people from all walks of life.

Our vision is to raise awareness about design for people with dyslexia and visual stress to help reduce the impact of learning disorders on their lives. This should be achieved by developing:

Dysfont Pro—upgraded version of the Dysfont typeface for non-profit as well as commercial use, focusing primarily on schools and institutions which work with neurodivergent people

Dysfont Plugin—plugin which will convert any website or a mobile app to a dyslexia / visual stress-friendly mode.

As of 2023, Dysfont has been used by schools and publishers, bought by individuals and demanded by corporations.

We are now looking for strategic partners who will help us turn Dysfont into an established solution for neurodivergent people all over the world. Together, we can build a global platform which will help individuals succeed with dyslexia and visual stress.
