Dyslexia Ghana is an independently funded non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals with dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, dyspraxia, and ADHD. For over 25 years, we've led advocacy, awareness, and specialized support for neurodivergent individuals in Ghana.

What We Do
We offer personalized services and initiatives designed to empower neurodivergent individuals and foster inclusive learning environments:

• Assessment & Diagnosis: Helping individuals understand and identify their learning differences.
• Tutoring & Support: Delivering one-on-one, tailored literacy programs using evidence-based methods like the Davis Method and TTRS (Touch, Type, Read, and Spell).
• Awareness & Advocacy: Conducting workshops, seminars, and public campaigns to reduce stigma and promote understanding.
• Training & Capacity Building: Equipping teachers, educators, and parents with essential skills to support neurodivergent learners.
• Research & Collaboration: Partnering with institutions to advance knowledge and develop effective interventions.

Our Mission
We believe neurodivergence isn’t a disability, but a different way of thinking that fuels creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. Our goals are to:

Funding & Sustainability
Completely self-funded, Dyslexia Ghana operates without government support, relying on private contributions and community partnerships. This independence enables us to remain flexible, innovative, and fully committed to the needs of neurodivergent individuals in Ghana.
