Amelia Lew is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and stakeholder management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Early Careers and Lead Talent Acquisition Partner for New Product Development at Dyson, Amelia Lew leads a high-performing team to address technical and functional recruitment needs, develops strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, and drives innovative and efficient recruitment strategies.
