Ashley Caddle is currently the NPI Design Manager at Dyson, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Ashley served as a Senior Design Engineer at Dyson from 2019 to 2020, and they began their career in design as a Freelance Product Designer at D2M Innovation Ltd in 2011. Ashley holds a BSc (Hons) in Product Design and Technology from Loughborough University, where they achieved 1st Class Honours. They also completed a Diploma in Professional Studies during their time at Loughborough University.
