Ben Neo

Ben Neo is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Procurement Manager for Dyson since June 2023, focusing on energy storage procurement. Prior to this role, Ben was the Global Sourcing Manager at British American Tobacco from March 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included defining and implementing sourcing strategies for Casing, Flavor, and Filter Materials with an annual spending of USD 60 million. Ben also held the position of Head of Procurement in Singapore at British American Tobacco from March 2015 to March 2020, leading productivity initiatives and implementing category strategies.
