Daniela Heinrich

Daniela Heinrich is a Global Customs Director at Dyson, where they oversee customs and international trade operations across the EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions. With a Master of Business Administration in Foreign Trade from the University of Reutlingen, Daniela has held key roles in customs operations at companies such as adidas, Fresenius Kabi, and HUGO BOSS, contributing to the optimization of customs processes and compliance strategies. Their extensive experience includes leading customs audits, implementing global customs reporting systems, and providing consultancy on customs matters. Prior to their current role, Daniela was also the Head of Customs at CYBEX and held various senior positions focused on import and export customs compliance.
