Elena Stein serves as the General Counsel for the Americas at Dyson since August 2021, providing strategic legal guidance and leadership across various legal matters while ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, Elena held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Claim Toolkit, focusing on interpreting case law and enhancing compliance communications for clients in the insurance sector. Additional experience includes roles at Legalpeople, Heiderscheidt Law Offices, and Cayova, Ltd., where Elena developed expertise in managing complex legal issues, contract negotiation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Elena holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Benedictine University.
