Elizabeth Sopher

Elizabeth Sopher is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Canada at Dyson since May 2022. Sopher is a member of the Americas People Leadership Team and the Canada Leadership Team, providing support to Americas Finance and Facilities. Prior to Dyson, Sopher worked at JLL from February 2016 to May 2022, advancing from Human Resources Generalist to Senior Human Resources Business Partner, contributing to the firm’s focus on commercial real estate services and investment management. Additional experience includes various HR roles at Equitable Bank, Re:Search Recruitment Group, Total Balance, and Haber & Associates. Sopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph.
