Graham Carter

Graham Carter has extensive experience at Dyson, starting as a Field Engineer/Merchandiser and progressing through various leadership roles, including Operational Relationship Manager for EMEA and National Account Manager for Spares & Accessories Distribution and Sales. In these positions, Graham has focused on operational process management, customer service, and maximizing profitability across markets. Responsibilities also included managing commercial relationships with warranty partners and developing business-to-business partnerships to optimize return on investment. Prior to Dyson, experience includes roles at Vendepac Group and Raytheon Engineers & Constructors. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Bio Analytical Sciences from Kingston University and completed education at St Benedicts Public School in London.
