Hao Liu

Hao Liu is currently the Lead Turbomachinery Aero Engineer at Dyson, where they oversee the aerodynamic, acoustics, thermal, and structural performance of next-generation Dyson Digital Motors. Previously, they held the position of Senior Turbomachinery Aero Engineer at Dyson and served as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore, focusing on the Vortex Enhanced-Solar Driven Ventilation System. Hao's earlier experience includes roles as a Visiting Researcher at Imperial College London and as a Research Intern at A*STAR. They earned a PhD in Sustainable Earth from Nanyang Technological University, where they also completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering with First Class Honours.
