Isobel Merrett

Isobel Merrett is currently an HR Business Partner at Dyson, where they support the global Communication function. They previously held various roles at Dyson, including Learning and Development Manager, and played a pivotal role in establishing the Global Engagement Council as a People Experience Partner. Isobel's career began at Deloitte, where they served as an HR Advisor and HR Assistant. They earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England and a BA in Languages for Business from Oxford Brookes University.
