James Torres

James Torres possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Sr. HR Shared Services Specialist at Dyson since July 2021. In this role, responsibilities include managing the employee lifecycle for the Americas region, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and development through HCM Workday, as well as collaborating with HRIS and the HR leadership team to address technical issues and implement system enhancements. Prior to Dyson, James worked at ZARA USA for a decade in various roles, including Human Resources Advisor and HR Administrative Assistant. Additionally, James completed the SHRM Essentials of Human Resources program at DePaul University in 2019.
