Jay Miao

Jay Miao is currently the Supply Planning Manager for Northern Europe at Dyson, where they lead and develop supply planners across multiple markets and drive continuous improvement strategies. Prior to this role, Jay served as an EMEA Senior Supply Planner at AkzoNobel, supervising supply planning teams and managing supply crises effectively. Jay has gained extensive experience in supply chain management through various roles in companies including Philips Lighting, Huawei Technologies, and Office Depot. They hold a Master’s degree in International Business-Supply Chain Management from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management from Shanghai Maritime University.
