Jim Lafferty is an experienced leader in the service management and transformation sectors, currently serving as the Head of Global Service Management and Krakow Site Leader at Dyson since May 2022, while also holding the position of Head of Change & Transformation. Jim began a career in corporate secretarial services at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Reading.
