Joan Sumarago

Joan Sumarago is a talent development professional currently serving as the Lead People Experience Specialist at Dyson, where they design and develop people engagement programs for early career graduate engineers in the Philippines. Previously, they held various roles, including Senior People Experience Specialist at Dyson, HR Officer at Knowles Corporation, and Employee Relations Officer at Cebu Microelectronics Inc. Joan has demonstrated strong program management skills and has facilitated numerous training and development initiatives throughout their career. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Cum Laude, from the University of San Carlos and a Master in Business Management from the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
