Ken Chua serves as the Head of Manufacturing Quality at Dyson since September 2023, previously holding a role as Sr Manager in Product Safety & Risk Management. Prior to Dyson, Ken Chua had a notable tenure at Philips from 2003 to 2023, progressing through various leadership positions, including Sr Manager of Project Management in Oral Healthcare, where Ken Chua led the first global project for a compact power flosser, and Head of Outsource Quality, yielding significant improvements in project efficiency. Ken Chua also held multiple leadership roles in Garment Care, managing teams and spearheading quality initiatives, and significantly enhancing product quality and field performance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Communications Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, complemented by a Diploma in Electronics from Singapore Polytechnic.
