Laura Benjamin has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR GB&I, Emerging Markets, and EMEA Head of Talent at Dyson since October 2018. Prior to Dyson, Laura held multiple HR roles at Airbus from September 2009 to October 2018, including Transnational HR Business Partner for the Landing Gear Centre of Competence and the A350XWB Central programme teams across Europe. Laura has been instrumental in driving HR strategy, managing change processes, and implementing talent management initiatives. Laura began her career with a graduate development program at Airbus after completing a BA (HONS) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England and obtaining a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from MOL Business School.
