Laura Garza

Laura Garza is the current Chief People Officer at Dyson. Prior to their current role, they served as the Global Head of Talent at Nissan Motor Corporation from September 2017 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for Talent Management, Talent development, Performance mgmt and director level talent acquisition across the Enterprise. Laura also served as Praxair, Inc's Executive Director, Human Resources & Talent Development from October 2008 to October 2017. In this role, Laura led Praxair's global talent development organization and provided human resources leadership for the Praxair Surface Technologies business unit. Laura's other previous roles include Director, Corporate HR at Kemet Electronics from July 2001 to October 2008. Laura has extensive experience in talent management, succession, learning and development, performance and engagement processes.

Laura Garza reports to Roland Krueger, CEO. They are on a team with Mark Taylor - Chief Research Officer, Steve Janoo - Global CIO, and Martin Bowen - Chief Legal Officer.
