Manon Dohmen

Manon Dohmen is currently the EMEA Aftersales Director at Dyson, where they develop and implement customer excellence strategies. They previously held several roles at Miele, including Vice President of Contact Center Management and Vice President of Service Strategy & Business Development, from 2021 to 2023. Before Miele, Manon served as Director of Consumer Services at Miele Netherlands B.V. and held various management positions at DaimlerChrysler, Q-Park, and Richemont. With a strong background in customer services and operations management, Manon has over a decade of leadership experience in the industry.
