Matt Goodley is currently the Lead Design Engineer at Dyson, where they previously held positions as Senior Design Engineer, Design Engineer, and Graduate Design Engineer from 2021 to 2022. Before joining Dyson, they gained experience as a General Assistant and Kitchen Porter at The Club Company from 2008 to 2011, and completed a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Bosch from 2014 to 2015, earning a Diploma of Industrial Studies. In 2016, Matt was a Summer Bursary Research Student at Loughborough University, participating in a project to develop a prototype device for medical applications. They earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Product Design Engineering from Loughborough University, which they completed in 2017.
