Michael Longley is a Senior Quality Engineer at Dyson, where they support the safety, satisfaction, and reliability of Dyson technology. Previously, they held various roles at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, including Talent Development and Culture Manager, where they coordinated training to maintain service and safety standards, as well as Front Office Manager. Michael's earlier experience also includes a position as a Mechanical Design Engineer at KOSTAL Group, where they designed key automotive components. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wales, Cardiff.
