Omar Solis

Omar Solis is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Global Operations Support Lead for the Americas at Dyson since April 2022. In this role, Omar provides support for operational service tools and manages incident resolution to minimize downtime. Prior to Dyson, Omar worked as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at Alvarez & Marsal, where responsibilities included triaging tickets and training IT team members. Omar held various roles in IT support, including significant positions at Boston Consulting Group and HealthScape Advisors, cultivating a strong background in customer service, project management, and technical support across diverse environments.
