Paul Hyink

Paul Hyink, MBA, has extensive work experience in the field of quality management and leadership. Paul currently holds the position of Chief Quality Officer at Dyson, a role they started in December 2022.

Before joining Dyson, Paul served in various roles at Garrett - Advancing Motion. From June 2020 to November 2021, they held the position of Vice President of Global Quality, overseeing Lean Sigma and Business Excellence. Prior to this role, they served as Vice President of Global Quality from June 2020 to November 2021.

From 2010 to 2020, Paul worked at Whirlpool Corporation, where they held various leadership positions. Paul began as the Director of North America Supplier Development in January 2010 and then became the Senior Director of North America Quality from July 2010 to May 2015. Paul eventually rose to the position of Vice President of Global Quality, a role they held from May 2015 to March 2020.

Prior to their tenure at Whirlpool, Paul worked at Motorola Solutions, where they served as the Director of Global Supplier Development & New Product Quality for the Solutions Business from January 2009 to January 2010. Before that, at Motorola Mobile Devices, Paul held the position of Director of Mobile Devices Procurement from December 2007 to January 2009.

In addition, Paul has also worked at Motorola Solutions as a Senior Manager of the Global Repair Rapid Sourcing Initiative from July 2007 to December 2007 and at Motorola Mobility as a Senior Manager of Global Semiconductor Supplier Development from January 2006 to July 2007.
