Rachel Grieff has extensive experience in service innovation and optimization, currently serving at Dyson as Director of Service Innovation and Director of Repair Experience. Rachel has been instrumental in driving sustainability initiatives in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals while overseeing national sales, direct returns, and inventory management as a Senior Manager. Additionally, Rachel contributes to global employee engagement as a member of the Global Engagement Council and actively supports the UN's SDGs as a One Young World Ambassador.
