Raphaella T. is an accomplished sustainability and fraud investigation professional with extensive experience in various roles at Dyson and EY. Since joining Dyson in September 2017, Raphaella has advanced from Sustainability Manager to Head of CSER (Sustainability) - Supply Chain, leading CSR audits and sustainability initiatives for Tier 1 suppliers. Prior to Dyson, Raphaella held multiple positions at EY from 2012 to 2017, managing investigations and compliance assessments in Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services. Earlier experience includes serving as an Investigating Officer at the Securities Commission Malaysia, where responsibilities involved strategizing and conducting investigations into breaches of securities law. Raphaella holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics with Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
