Rob Wardrop is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in CAE analysis. They began their career as a Graduate Engineer at MIRA Ltd from 1995 to 1997, refining vehicles through finite element models. Rob later served as Team Leader - CAE at Avon Automotive VMS and as Principal Engineer - CAE at DTR VMS Ltd from 2006 to 2021, where they managed a team and conducted complex analyses on automotive components.
