Robin Sim

Robin Sim currently serves as the Head of Business Transformation at Dyson since October 2021. Prior to this role, Robin held senior positions in business transformation and commercial excellence at Borouge from February 2016 to October 2021, interacting extensively with C-Level executives. Experience also includes serving as Senior Supply Chain Manager at Sequans Communications, where responsibilities included chairing strategic S&OP meetings and overseeing demand planning, as well as managing the planning and logistics team at REC MODULES PTE LTD. Earlier in the career, roles included Planning & Purchasing Manager for APAC at Solutia Singapore PTE LTD and Senior Capacity Analyst at Micron Technology. Robin holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Prosci Change Management Certification.
