Simon Maxwell Chpp

Simon Maxwell ChPP has extensive experience in project management and operational leadership within the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of NPI & Research Programmes and Operations at Dyson since June 2021, Simon oversees a team of over 500 engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative projects aligned with organizational goals. Previously, Simon has held various leadership positions at Dyson, including Head of Portfolio and Product Development Governance, and Program Manager, where contributions led to significant growth in product lines. At Rolls-Royce, experiences include leading the new concepts team and managing transformation initiatives. Simon's career also includes project leadership at Clydesdale Bank and earlier roles at Rolls-Royce and Sogeclair Aerospace, with a strong academic foundation in Aeronautical Engineering from The University of Glasgow.
